great location helpful staff reasonable price steep stairs small room thin walls
the location IS great I could easily walk to the city center. The staff were helpful they assisted with directions. The room was clean and tidy it had everything i needed. The price was reasonable for the area.
the stairs were steep and narrow i had trouble carrying my luggage. the room was quite SMALL it felt cramped with my bags. sound traveled easily through the walls i could hear noise from other rooms.

The location is quite convenient near public transport. a tram stop is very close. It made getting around easy. i appreciated the proximity to local attractions.

tram station coffee machine fresh towels
the tram station is very close, it takes you to centraal station. a coffee machine is available in the common area. The room had a high ceiling, i liked it. there was fresh towels left in the room everyday.

i appreciated the close tram access. it allowed for quick transport. a coffee machine and microwave at reception were available. the staff proved helpful and maintained cleanliness.
the window above the head felt quite old and wasn't properly sealed. i always felt a draft of cold air.

Decent Location. Some Disappointments

musty smell steep stairs
The room had a distinct musty smell. I think a good airing would help. The stairs were quite steep and narrow. It was difficult carrying luggage to the room. the bathroom lacked sufficient ventilation. Humidity lingered after showers.
